Milja Lønne Mørkhagen

Milja Lønne Mørkhagen is part of Selmer's energy department and is part of the ESG and compliance team. She advises companies on implementation of the ESG regulations in practice, including preparation of guidelines and routines for compliance and ESG, as well as performing Integrity Due Diligence and risk-assessments. Milja also has experience with assisting Norwegian and international issuers, financial advisers and investors with stock exchange and securities law, company law and M&A, and has experience from a number of IPOs, rights issues, private placements and acquisitions. Milja also has experience with buybacks, incentive programmes, stabilization measures, and also provides ongoing advice on corporate governance.
