Helene Amalie Flølo

Helene Amalie Flølo primarily works with commercial real estate transactions and lease agreements. Helene has extensive ecperience with real estate transactions and she advises, among other things, on the due diligence processes, drafting of sale and purchase agreements and contract negotiations. Helene also has experience with drafting lease agreements for commercial properties, both buildings under construction and existing buildings, as well as advising in matters related related to existing and currently running leases. In addition, Helene advises on other property related issues, such as sectioning, joint properties, easements and registration of deeds, encumbrances etc.
