In recent years, we have been involved in many of the largest real estate transactions in Norway, and have wide-ranging experience in understanding and solving also the commercial aspects of transactions. We work closely with our Tax and Financial Analysis and Transaction Support teams, and can conduct both financial and legal due diligence.


We have acquired extensive experience and expertise in all stages of development processes – from acquisitions of land to completion and sale of buildings/projects. We have experience in all types of projects: private sector, public sector, housing, leisure and PPP (Public–Private Partnerships).
