Julie Bjørnov Brustad

Julie Bjørnov Brustad is part of the HR-department. She primarily works with learning and development in Selmer. Among others, Julie is the project manager of the talent development program Selmer Pro, a program for Senior Associates and Senior Lawyers. She also coaches new employees in the period from signing the employment contract to the first day of work, and during the initial period as an employee with Selmer (pre- and onboarding).
