Kim-Denise Stephansen is an experienced Project Assistant affiliated with Selmer’s Corporate Department. She primarily works with supporting and coordinating due diligence transactions and tender processes. She has extensive experience with data room solutions, including the setup and administration of data rooms, access control, and the collection, systematisation, and structuring of relevant documentation.
Kim-Denise plays a key role in the execution and completion of due diligence processes and assists with legal case management and document handling in both small and large projects. She also contributes to the preparation of corporate legal documents and the execution of the firm’s KYC processes. Additionally, she is responsible for training new employees and serves as the team coordinator for the assistant group.
