Marte Aarøe

Marte Aarøe is a member of Selmer's expertise areas financing, financial regulatory and restructuring. As a part of Selmer's financing team, she specialises with domestic and cross boarder banking- and bond financing, including syndications, acquisition financing, property financing and other types of project financing. Marte also assists financial institutions in connection with transactions, establishment and organisation of such institutions, advice related to compliance of the regulatory provisions applicable for such institutions. She is also active within Selmer's work with students by giving lectures within law of commercial paper and law of property rights and obligations.
