Per Morten Christiansen focuses on financing, restructuring, corporate law, transactions, derivatives and contract law.
Per Morten has extensive experience within most categories of financial transactions, including export, acquisition and real estate financing, as well as other asset-based financing, both in the bank and bond markets. Furthermore, Per Morten has a particular focus on refinancing and restructuring of large loan facilities. He is also extensively enganged by Norwegian and international lenders in connection with restructuring of deferred loans and enforcement of collateral security.
Per Morten is ranked as "Leading Lawyer" by the International Financial Law Review in the category "Banking, Financial Services, Insurance". He is also recommended by the rating agencies Chambers and The Legal 500.
