Preben Hansen

Preben Hansen is a member of Selmer's expertise areas in financing and restructuring. As a part of Selmer's finance team, Preben assists financial institutions, facilitators, as well as Norwegian and foreign companies with bank and bond financing. He is involved in various types of national and international financing transactions, including project financing, acquisition financing, and syndicated financings. He assists with complex security packages and drafting of corporate documentation related to borrowing. Preben also has experience in financial restructurings in Norway and across multiple jurisdictions.
