Tahereh Parkhani

Tahereh Parkhani is a part of the corporate and M&A team. She assists clients primarily with private M&A and has been involved in a number of due-diligence processes. Tahereh assists both Norwegian and international clients in various types of transactions including acquisitions, private-equity transactions, equity investments, mergers/demerger and other M&A transactions. Tahereh also provides assistance within general corporate law, including as to establishment of companies, liquidation, capital amendments, amendments of articles of association and shareholder issues.
