Anders Nordli

Anders Nordli is part of our corporate department specialising in M&A, tax and corporate law advice. Since 2010, he has assisted public and private enterprises in several different industries in their fields. He works broadly with tax, but with a particular sepcialization in real estate and oil & gas. He has extensive experience advising on planning, setting up and implementing company structures, but also from reorganisations and structuring of new projects, etc. Anders' tax law assistance includes (among many other things) transaction tax, intra-group reorganisations, agreements for group provision of services/goods, joint venture set-ups. In particular Anders works extensively with oil&gas-assistance (including transfer pricing cases) and real estate transactions. His corporate advisory services include assisting with setting up and structuring collaborative projects, such as joint ventures. In such projects, he has, among other things, assisted with structure, cooperation agreements and shareholders' agreements, service delivery agreements and associated assessments, as well as all tax and VAT legal advice in connection with this. Anders has experience advising large state-owned enterprises. Anders is recognised as one of the country's best in his field. In February 2024, he topped the "Up & Coming" list in Kapital's (formerly Finansavisen's) ranking of Norway's best tax law lawyers, as he has done for three of the past four years.
