Anders Nordli

Anders Nordli is part of our corporate department specialising in M&A, tax and corporate law advice. Since 2010, he has assisted public and private enterprises in several different industries in their fields. He has extensive experience advising on planning, setting up and implementing company structures, but also from reorganisations and structuring of new projects, etc. His advisory services include assisting with setting up and structuring collaborative projects, such as joint ventures. In such projects, he has, among other things, assisted with structure, cooperation agreements and shareholders' agreements, service delivery agreements and associated assessments, as well as tax and VAT legal advice. Anders has experience advising large state-owned enterprises. Anders' tax law assistance includes handling tax law matters related to transactions, intercompany reorganisations and preparation of agreements for internal deliveries and joint venture setup. Anders uses his experience with advice and dispute resolution to see his clients' needs. His broad experience means that he approaches issues practically and commercially. Anders is recognised as one of the country's best in his field. In February 2023, he topped the "Up & Coming" list in Kapital's (formerly Finansavisen's) ranking of Norway's best tax law lawyers.
