Andreas Jarbø

Andreas Jarbø specialises in stock exchange and securities law, transactions and M&A, and company law. Andreas has extensive experience in stock exchange and securities law. In 2017, Andreas was secretary to the Securities Law Committee in connection with the implementation of the Market Abuse Regulation in Norway, and he is also a member of the Norwegian Bar Association's legal committee for stock exchange and securities trading law. Andreas has many years of experience assisting Norwegian and international companies with the purchase and sale of businesses and companies, investments, capital raising, and stock exchange listings, both for private limited companies (AS) and public limited companies (ASA). He also has extensive experience in assisting financial institutions. In addition to his transaction experience, he also has specialist expertise in corporate governance, company law and shareholder agreements.
