We advise management teams, boards of directors and general meetings on corporate governance matters, working closely with our ESG and compliance team. We also advise public sector entities on ownership governance, the Norwegian state’s principles of ownership and the specific requirements arising under the Local Government Act and the Norwegian Freedom of Information Act.
