Anja Lange

Anja Lange is specialised within employment law and data protection and privacy. She advises on all areas of employment law, from entering into employment agreements, reorganizations and changes during the employment, to dismissal and summary-dismissal. She has broad experience in questions related to transactions and transfers of undertakings, reorganisations and workforce downsizing, termination of employments and whistle blowing matters. Anja is also experienced in negotiation tariff agreements on behalf of employers. In addition, Anja is an expert on the rules related to employee board representation. Anja has also extensive experience in advising companies on ongoing personal data matters, including lawful processing of personal data, data protection by default and design, information security og transfer of personal data outside of EU/EEA. Anja has also particular experience with personal data questions in private investigations and whistleblowing matters. Anja is a frequent speaker on her areas of expertise.
