Caroline Scherman primarily works with commercial property transactions and commercial lease matters, assisting both Norwegian and international clients in connection with the purchase and sale of commercial properties and negotiation of lease contracts. Caroline also assists both Norwegian and international companies with mergers and acquisitions, capital market transactions, general corporate legal advice, as well as financial regulatory matters.
