Eirik Riddervold

Eirik Riddervold specialises in real estate transactions, the syndication of real estate projects and lease agreements. Eirik assists larger Norwegian and international real estate companies with structuring, preparation for sale, bidding processes, contract negotiations and execution of transactions. Working with the real estate industry for over ten years, Eirik has developed a deep understanding of all legal matters related to complex real estate transactions. Combined with his knowledge of accounting, finance and taxes, Eirik is known to have a particular breadth of view in such transactions. He is also an experienced project manager and has a good understanding of commercial as well as technical building issues. Eirik also has experience with a wide variety of transaction contract models, including Public Private Partnership (PPP) agreements, forward contracts (sale of premises under construction) and syndication of real estate projects. He also routinely represents several real estate companies in matters related to leases and general real estate law issues, as well as ESG and compliance. Eirik also has experience within the fields of company law, construction, public procurement and financing, ESG and compliance. Eirik regularly gives lectures and writes articles on current real estate topics, as well as topics within ESG and sustainability.
