Elisabet Høines Scriba

Elisabet Høines Scriba is a member of Selmer's Real Estate team with focus on real estate transactions and lease agreements. Her experience includes advising in due diligence-processes, drafting of sale- and purchase agreements and contract negotiations, as well as the implementation of settlement and takeover. Further, she has experience with the drafting and negotiation of commercial lease agreements for a variety of commercial purposes, including both buildings under construction/renovation and existing premises. She also advises on matters related to existing and currently running leases. In addition, Elisabet advises on other property related issues such as easements, registration of deeds, encumbrances etc.
