Emilie Fjukstad Hansen

Emilie Fjukstad Hansen is part of Selmer's tax team, and specalises in Norwegian and international taxation. She also has extensive experience with VAT. Emilie assists clients with various tax and VAT matters within a broad specter of industries. As part of Selmer's real estate department, she has special competence in tax and VAT matters related to real estate, and has worked closely with clients within this industry over several years. Emilie has experience with transactions, reorganisations, tax disputes, tax treaty matters and day-to-day handling of tax and duties. She regularly leads tax due diligence and reorganisation processes, both domestic and cross-border, and has extensive practice in coordination and implementation of corporate restructuring. One of her specialties is the combination of tax and company law. Emilie also advises clients on tax reassessments and disputes with the tax authorities, and has assisted in a large number of cases related to various topics, such as permanent establishment, withholding tax, tax residence and employee incentives.
