Gabrielle Risøe

Gabrielle Risøe specializes in stock exchange transactions and securities law advising Norwegian and international issuers, managers, shareholders and investors. Gabrielle holds extensive experience from Norwegian and international IPOs, Euronext Growth listings, block trades and private placements in both listed and unlisted companies.  Gabrielle comes from the position as Head of Legal in Carnegie AS where she has had overall responsibility for all legal assistance, including transaction assistance, corporate governance, regulatory issues and compliance. She was part of the executive management, board secretary and board member of Carnegie Business Management AS. Key compliance projects include adaptation to new sustainability regulations and replacement of and developing key SAAS services.  Gabrielle has in addition worked in DNB legal with regulatory issues, conflict resolution and litigation. Her experience also covers project management, corporate governance, continuing obligations for issuers, market abuse regulations, inside information and disclosure requirements. Gabrielle was formerly a lawyer with Advokatfirmaet Thommessen AS working with debt financing, regulatory issues, M&A and equity capital market transactions.
