Hans Christian Brodtkorb

Hans Christian Brodtkorb is a construction law and dispute resolution specialist and a member of our construction and procurement group. He assists some of Norway’s largest construction companies with contract negotiations, dispute resolution, and ongoing advisory services in building, civil engineering, and development construction projects. Hans Christian previously led the legal department at NCC Construction, gaining significant experience from within the construction sector. He assists several international clients and has acquired unique expertise from providing legal advice in Norway and internationally. In the building sector, Hans Christian has assisted with the development of several of Norway’s most well-known hotel projects, as well as other residential and commercial projects. He has been involved in several large international infrastructure projects in the civil engineering sector, including public-private partnerships (PPPs). He also advises on real estate, including leasing, property development, planning, and building law. Hans Christian has extensive experience handling disputes and legal proceedings, particularly in real estate and construction, and has litigated cases at all levels of the court system. Additionally, he is a sought-after course and seminar speaker in construction law. As a specialist in collaborative contracts, he has been a supervisor and examiner in the field at the University of Bergen and BI Norwegian Business School.
