Henrik Kværner Helliesen

Henrik Kværner Helliesen is a part of Selmer's M&A division and venture capital group. Henrik's main areas of expertise, with which he has numerous years of experience, are M&A and company law. Henrik has experience with both national and international processes on both the buy-side and sell- side, and has assisted a wide variety of clients ranging from investors such as private equity funds and venture funds to publicly and privately owned companies and target companies. As part of Selmer's venture capital group, he also assists small and medium sized businesses and startups with ongoing corporate and contractual legal matters. In addition to a Norwegian Master's of Law from the Univesity of Oslo, Henrik also holds an English law degree (LLB (Hons) International Law) from Kingston University.
