Madeleine Elgesem Marcussen

Madeleine Elgesem Marcussen advices regulated entites on all aspects of financial regulatory law. This includes, inter alia, application and conditions for authorisation and ongoing compliance with framework conditions. Madeleine also assists on transactions which involve regulated entities. Madeleine is also a part of Selmer's ESG and compliance team, and assists regulated entites with implementation of anti-money laundering regulations. Madeleine has previously worked as a compliance employee in an investment firm, which provided unique experience related to financial regulatory issues in the industry.
