Marcus Lie Sverre

Marcus mainly works with contract law, construction law and dispute resolution. He assists both builders, contractors, architects and other advisers in various phases of a construction project, including contract negotiations, contract drafting, ongoing consultancy and final settlement. Marcus previously worked at the Parliamentary Ombud for Scrutiny of the Public Administration. When working for the Parliamentary Ombud, Marcus worked broadly within general administrative law, but also within the special administrative law such as planning and building law, as well as right of access to public documentation. The time Marcus spent at the Parliamentary Ombud gave Marcus unique experience with how the public administration is structured, how it functions in practice and which legal framework the public administration is subject to. Previously, Marcus was part of Selmer's capital market group where he worked with stock exchange listing processes and various forms of capital market transactions.
