Ole Christian Borge

Ole Christian Borge is part of Selmer's dispute team. He also works within financial regulatory issues, stock exchange and securities law and corporate compliance/ESG issues. Ole has extensive litigation experience, both within public law and private law matters. He is admitted to the Norwegian Supreme Court bar and has litigated a number of cases before this court. Further, he has extensive experience within compliance work and contact with supervisory authorities. He provides advice within anti money laundering work towards financial institutions on a regular basis.
