Sindre Wøien Baisgård

Sindre Johansen Baisgård is a member of Selmer's business area EU, EEA and Competition. Sindre has extensive expertise advising clients on merger control proceedings across a broad range of market sectors and industries before the Norwegian Competition Authority; cartel and abuse investigations before the European Commission and the Norwegian Competition Authority; follow-on damages claims before Norwegian courts; and on the implementation of compliance programmes and training for clients. He has has particular experience and expertise assisting with competition law matters related to distribution systems, including in proceedings related to allegations of breach of competition law before the ordinary courts.
