Selmer acted as legal advisor to Lovik Holding in connection with the divestment of its ownership stake in LNSE

On Thursday, December 14, 2023, Lovik Holding AS sold 100 % of its ownership stake in Leonhard Nilsen & Sønner – Eiendom AS (LNSE) to HI Cap Bidco 2023-2 AS, a company associated with the Adolfsen group.

LNSE is a large Norwegian construction company that operates worldwide. They have a strong position particularly in tunnelling, mining and infrastructure in Norway.

The Adolfsen group is owned by shareholders Kristian Adolfsen and Roger Adolfsen
