The Employment Law Alliance is a comprehensive global network of local labour, employment and immigration attorneys that delivers timely solutions to employment law matters wherever business takes place.
Selmer became part of the network in 2019, in good company with – among others – Vinge in Sweden, Plesner in Denmark and Castréen & Snellmann in Finland - in addition to leading employment law lawyers from the rest of the world.
ELA regularly organizes webinars and gatherings, as well as a podcast with content from their global network.
The collaboration with ELA has been important for the team working with employment law and pensions in Selmer. The network gives us international perspectives, new knowledge and global relationships - which strengthens both the team and our clients.
