Selmer has assisted in the successful establishment of Eidesvik Reach AS and in the acquisition of the vessel "Edda Sun".

Eidesvik Reach AS is a joint venture between the OSV owner Eidesvik Offshore and the subsea operator Reach Subsea, and was established in February 2023. On 16 March 2023 the joint venture acquired the vessel "Edda Sun", now renamed "Viking Reach", which is a subsea IMR vessel equipped to perform subsea survey activities and a wide variety of inspection, maintenance and repair work.

Selmer assisted on various parts of the transaction, including with the establishment of the joint venture, the public share issue in Eidesvik, the ship financing and in the acquisition of "Edda Sun". We congratulate Eidesvik Offshore and Reach Subsea in the joint venture and in having secured a highly versatile vessel for future operations.
