Part 1: Presentation - The carrier's and sender's liability under maritime law contracts
We will cover the carrier's liability for damaged and lost cargo under the Norwegian Maritime Code, Chapter 13. In addition, we will provide a brief overview of the sender’s liability under the Norwegian Maritime Code, Chapter 13, as well as the potential tort liability towards other senders.

Part 2: Workshop - Solving practical maritime law cases
We will discuss how to solve maritime cases under Norwegian law in an exam setting and share our best tips and tricks.
