Andreas Kyllingstad

Andreas Kyllingstad is part of the energy department in Selmer and is responsible for sanctions and trade restrictions. Andreas is specialized in the industry and professional areas of shipping and offshore, compliance, company law and M&A. Andreas has particular experience in assisting Norwegian and foreign clients with contract negotiations, project follow-up, settlements and dispute resolution in large and complex construction and EPC(I) projects, including litigation experience from the ordinary courts and arbitration. Andreas also regularly assists with the negotiation of charter parties, rig contracts and ship transactions. Andreas also has particular experience in advising on international sanctions, trade restrictions and export controls. Andreas also assists clients with advice relating to transactions, company law and more general contract law, including share issues and purchase and sale of companies.
