Clara Marie Hverven

Clara Marie Hverven is a part of Selmer's real estate team. Clara focuses her practice on real estate development projects, and advices clients on all matters related to zoning plans and building applications as well as structuring of property, such as registration of deeds and encumbrances, partitioning of properties, sectioning of buildings. Clara also advices on agreements on property acquisitions and acquisitions by expropriation as well as commercial real estate transactions. Clara is specialized i planning law from the University of Bergen, og wrote the master thesis "The meaning of private rights in building matters – an analysis of the interplay between planning law and property law".
