Emilie Krokeide Tjeldnes

Emilie Tjeldnes works primarily with transactions and M&A, corporate law and shareholder issues. She has extensive experience within transactions and has managed several acqusitions for private equity funds, industrial players as well as publicly owned companies and targets. Further, Emilie is part of the Selmer Venture Capital group with a particular focus area in the interface between law, technology, finance and tax. She works closely with several start ups in connection with financing, regular shareholder issues and structurering of employee incentive programs.
