Hanne Marte Melgaard

Hanne Marte Melgaard is a senior associate at Selmer, working with contract law, construction law and dispute resolution. She assists both public and private stakeholders in the construction and civil engineering industry with issues arising at various stages of a construction project. Hanne Marte previously worked as Legal Counsel at Multiconsult Norge AS. She has extensive knowledge of consultancy contracts, including contract drafting, contract strategy, contract negotiations and contract management. She also has experience in handling liability matters. Hanne Marte has considerable experience in managing governing documents and templates, as well as delivering courses and presentations.
