Hedvig Jæger

Hedvig Andrea Jæger is affiliated with the Corporate department in Selmer, and works with financing, restructuring, corporate law, transactions and contract law. As part of Selmer's financing team, Hedvig specialises in advising borrowers, lenders and other stakeholders in various financing structures. Hedvig also has extensive experience with litigation and dispute resolution. She has experience in assisting Norwegian and international clients before the ordinary courts and in arbitration.
