Helene Aasen

Helene Aasen is a Senior Associate at Selmer, specialising in advisory services and dispute resolution across all areas of employment law. Helene assists Norwegian and international companies with matters relating to recruitment, staff issues, sick leave, termination of employment, the negotiation of severance agreements, etc. She has particular experience in relation to whistleblowing, as well as redundancy and restructuring processes, and has assisted with several major transactions. Helene completed her master's degree in law at the University of Oslo in 2021.
