Expertise

Henriette Solbakke Christensen is a specialist in intellectual property and marketing law and assists clients with a range of questions in this area, including the assessment of IP rights and disputes. She has litigated several tech and IP disputes before the courts and the Marketing Council. In addition, Henriette has been involved in large-scale due diligence processes in which IPR have been important. Henriette also advises on other areas within technology and digitalisation, including contracts and GDPR. In addition, Henriette has particular knowledge of legal issues in fashion and beauty, and has, among other things, completed the Fashion Law Bootcamp at Fordham School of Law. Henriette is specialised in trademark and marketing law at the University of Oslo. She has previously worked as a legal assistant at a TV and film production company, which provided her with unique experience related to intellectual property issues in the industry. She is ranked in Intellectual Property in Chambers Global, where clients describe her as efficient, dedicated and solution-oriented, with a strong commercial understanding.
