Henriette Solbakke Jørgensen is a specialist in intellectual property and marketing law, and assists clients with a number of questions within this area of law, including assessment of IP rights and disputes. She has litigated several tech and IP disputes before the courts and the Marketing Council. In addition, Henriette has been involved in large due diligence processes where IPR have been important. Henriette also advises on other areas within technology and digitalisation, including contracts and GDPR. In addition, Henriette has particular knowledge of legal issues in fashion and beauty, and has, among other things, completed the Fashion Law Bootcamp at Fordham School of Law. Henriette is specialized in trademark and marketing law at the University of Oslo. She has previously worked as a legal assistant in a TV and film production company, which provided unique experience related to intellectual property issues in the industry.
