Johanne Kristiansen

Johanne Kristiansen is a Senior Associate at Selmer, and she specialises in providing advice and resolving disputes across all areas of employment law. Johanne assists both Norwegian and international clients with matters relating to recruitment, personnel issues, sick leave, termination of employment, as well as the planning and implementation of redundancy and restructuring processes. She has significant experience in whistleblowing cases and has both led and conducted external investigations for both private and public sector organisations. Johanne served as a Deputy Judge at Vestre Finnmark District Court and has extensive experience in negotiations and dispute resolutions. She also has experience in indirect tax and administrative law. Johanne is an experienced lecturer and course leader, and she has taught employment law on a Master's program in tourism management at UiT the Arctic University of Norway.
