Johanne Kristiansen

Johanne Kristiansen is a Senior Associate at Selmer, specialising in advisory services and dispute resolution within all areas of employment law. Johanne assist both Norwegian and international clients with the management of employment, personnel matters, sick leave, termination of employment, as well as the planning and implementation of downsizing and restructuring processes. She has significant experience with whistleblowing cases and has both led and conducted external investigations for both private and public enterprises. Johanne served as a Deputy Judge at Vestre Finnmark District Court and has extensive experience with negotiations and dispute resolutions in the courts. She also has experience in indirect tax and administrative law. Johanne is an experienced speaker and course instructor, and she teaches employment law in a master's program in tourism management at UiT the Arctic University of Norway.
