Jon D. Bjerkem

Jon D. Bjerkem is associated with Selmer's energy department and business area for dispute resolution. He works in particular with complex, fact-heavy cases within a wide range of legal areas, mainly related to civil procedure and investigation assignments. Jon has extensive experience from offshore field development and construction of land-based industrial facilities as well as operation of offshore oil and gas installations (FPSOs) domestically and abroad. Furthermore, he has broad experience from contract negotiations, ongoing consultancy, project work and contract administration. Jon was head of negotiations for Norsk Hydro, Equinor (and Saga Petroleum) during preparation of NTK 2000 and, in connection with this, has written a commentary edition for the follow-up version NTK 2015. Jon also has extensive experience from investigation assignments related to breaches of compliance rules internationally.
