Karen Sofie Kullerud

Karen Sofie Kullerud works primarily on commercial real estate transactions and commercial lease matters, assisting both Norwegian and international clients with the purchase and sale of commercial property and the negotiation of lease agreements. Her work includes, amongst other things, due diligence reviews, drafting of purchase agreements and contract negotiations. Karen Sofie also assists with other property law matters such as land registration, easements, co-ownership and sectioning. Karen Sofie also assists with dispute resolution in property and contract law. Karen Sofie has experience assisting Norwegian and international clients before the ordinary courts and in arbitration.
