Lene Solesvik

Lene is part of Selmer's expertise group for transactions, M&A, and general corporate law. She advises Norwegian and international clients across various industries and provides ongoing assistance and advice within corporate and contract law, including matters related to company formation, liquidation, capital raising, amendments to articles of association, and ongoing shareholder matters. Prior to her legal studies, Lene gained valuable work experience in the energy and aviation sectors, which provides her with practical industry insight when advising clients in these sectors.
