Maria Omland

Maria is part of Selmer’s expertise group for transactions and M&A, general corporate law, and contract law. She has broad transactional experience and has assisted clients with restructurings and various types of equity transactions, such as share issues, mergers/demergers, and other M&A transactions. Maria also has experience with restructurings related to inheritance and generational transitions. Maria advises Norwegian and international clients across various industries and provides ongoing assistance and advice within corporate and contract law, including matters related to company formation, liquidation, capital raising, amendments to articles of association, and ongoing shareholder matters.
