Marte Jonstad Røkke

Marte J. Røkke works with public procurement, state aid, and contract law. Within public procurement, Marte primarily assists suppliers with general advice, in addition to drafting complaints to public contracting entities, the Complaints Board for Public Procurement (KOFA), and litigation processes before the court. Marte earned her Master's degree in Law from the University of Oslo, where she wrote on the intersection between the regulations for public procurement and state aid rules. She has previously worked in the Defense sector and the consultancy industry, gaining extensive experience in operational work within public procurement and related legal fields.
