Ragnhild J Nakling is a partner at Selmer and part of the employment law practice group. She specialises in employment law and litigation.
Ragnhild manages an extensive employment law practice through counselling and dispute resolution. She assists Norwegian and international clients on various matters such as reorganisations and workforce reductions, termination of individual employment, and handling of whistleblowing cases. She also handles employment law issues arising in connection with transactions and transfer of undertakings, as well as all other aspects relevant for employers within the employment law and HR field.
She has assisted many clients in the private and public sectors with internal and external investigations related to whistleblowing cases and regularly litigates cases before the courts.
Ragnhild is an experienced speaker and regularly publishes in employment law. In 2020, she published the commentary edition on the Norwegian Holiday Act at the Scandinavian University Press. This autumn, she will publish a new book on employment law at the same publishing house.
With her colleague Siri Falch-Olsen, Nakling hosts the podcast "Rett Sagt", where she gives weekly practical advice to employers on Norwegian employment law, HR issues and work life.
