Expertise

Remi Christoffer Dramstad works mainly with transactions and M&A, financing, shareholder issues and corporations law. Remi is head of Selmer's Venture Capital group and has a particular focus area in the interface between law, technology and finance. Remi has extensive experience within private equity and industrial transactions. He regularly represents Norwegian and international investment funds, industrial corporations and target companies. Remi works with share acquisitions, business transfers and investments. Furthermore, Remi regularly assists companies with structuring and implementation of employee incentive programs. He has particular expertise within venture capital investments and heads Selmer's venture capital group. Remi also has experience within securities law and bond financing. Holding an LLM from New York University (NYU), where he also received The George Colin Award for Distinction in the LLM Corporation Law Program, Remi has developed particular expertise within venture capital, corporate finance, transactions and restructuring of corporations. Remi has been on the board of directors of several growth companies. He is an active member of the Norwegian start-up and venture community and is frequently engaged as a lecturer. Remi has published several legal articles in renowned publications.
