Thuva Catherine Askheim

Thuva specialises in public procurement, enterprise, and contract law. She has extensive experience in procurement processes for private and public clients and thrives with large and complex projects. She also has litigation experience from the district court and the court of appeals and experience with legal mediation. Thuva has strategic and operational experience leading several procurement projects. In these projects, Thuva provided legal and strategic assistance related to the design of competitions, choice of qualification requirements, award criteria, and quality assurance of technical specifications, and she has assisted in the evaluation of incoming offers. In addition, she has represented the client in negotiations with suppliers. Thuva also assists with the adaptation and design of contracts and contract and delivery follow-up afterwards. Furthermore, she assists clients with procurement and contract law issues, including the handling of complaints, to ensure that the processes are in accordance with the procurement regulations.
