Tora Flaatten Skaug

Tora Flaatten Skaug is a senior associate at Selmer, specialising in providing advice and resolving disputes across all areas of employment law. Tora assists both Norwegian and international clients with recruitment, personnel issues, sick leave, termination of employment, as well as the planning and implementation of downsizing and restructuring processes. She has experience with whistleblowing cases and assists with employment law issues arising in connection with transactions. She also has broad experience from various legal proceedings and has been involved in cases on all levels of the Norwegian judiciary. Tora graduated from the University of Bergen in 2022, specialising in dispute resolution.
