Anja Fanebust

Anja specializes primarily in stock and securities law, handling complex transactions for listed companies. This includes managing stock listings, equity financing, and providing advice on ongoing obligations for listed companies, disclosure requirements, reporting, and corporate governance. She also assists in transactions related to the purchase and sale of unlisted companies, as well as handling general corporate legal matters. Anja brings significant experience from her previous role in the listing department at Oslo Børs. There, she was responsible for admitting new companies and assessing delisting applications. She also handled evaluations of continued listings and was responsible for ongoing assessments and communication related to transactions for listed issuers. Additionally, she was a member of the committee regulating takeovers at Oslo Børs, represented Oslo Børs on the Norwegian Committee for Corporate Governance (NUES), and served as an employee representative on the board of Oslo Børs. Before joining Oslo Børs, Anja was part of the capital markets department at the law firm CLP. Her diverse background and experience from various roles have provided her with deep insights into listing processes, corporate governance, and other legal aspects of the capital market.
