Eldrid Huseby Gammelsrud

Eldrid Huseby Gammelsrud is Head of Employment Law in Selmer and assists companies with advice and dispute resolution within all areas of employment law. Eldrid has particular experience with whistleblowing matters, redundancy and restructuring, employee board representation, working time schemes and transfer of undertaking. Additionally, Eldrid also has broad experience with drafting employment agreements, employee matters, termination of employment, negotiation of termination agreements and questions relating to the employer’s managerial prerogative. Eldrid has previously assisted the Norwegian government with preparatory work for new legislation with regards to whistleblowing, providing the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs with a report on whistleblowing legislation in the EU and several countries.
