Henning Rosenlund Wahlen

Henning Rosenlund Wahlen is part of Selmer's dispute resolution group, and specializes in civil litigation, arbitration and large commercial disputes. He is admitted to practice at the Supreme Court of Norway In addition to having worked several years as a lawyer, he has been a deputy judge and an in-house lawyer at a Fortune 500 company. Henning has worked extensively with disputes throughout his career, often in cases with international parties. The disputes he has handled have been within a wide range of areas, including trade secrets, director's liability, construction, employment law and competition law. As an in-house lawyer, Henning was responsible for one of the largest IP-litigation cases in Norwegian history, which was finally decided by the Supreme Court. Henning has also handled director's liability cases related to the offshore industry. He has also assisted in a case before European competition authorities concerning abuse of a dominant position.
