Håkon specialises in public procurement, competition law and administrative law. Within public procurement, Håkon assists suppliers with general advisory services, as well as drafting complaints to contracting authorities, the Norwegian Public Procurement Complaints Board (KOFA) and court proceedings.
He also has expertise in natural resources law and administrative law, having worked on the new Minerals Act at the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Fisheries.
Håkon holds a master's degree in law from the University of Oslo, where he wrote about supplier restrictions in public contracts and the compatibility of such requirements with the EEA Agreement's prohibition on restrictions.
